Who is Grant “Twiggy” Baker?
PROFESSIONAL WORLD SURFING CHAMPION , SURF COACH & OCEAN CONSERVATIONIST
Born in Durban, South Africa Grant ‘Twiggy’ Baker now spends half the year in South Africa and the other half between Europe, California and Hawaii, endlessly chasing swells.
An all around world class waterman and ocean conservationist Twiggy enjoys sharing his personal knowledge and experiences with others through surf training/coaching and speaking at various seminars around the globe.
He is the current World Surf League, Big Wave World Champion for the third time and winner of multiple iconic big wave events.

Derek Thomas
Founder: Soul Water Surf, Conscious Breath Workshops, Iguana Sauna & Ice Bath
Derek holds decades of experience hosting luxury surf holidays; from yachts and private islands in the Maldives and Indonesia to remote resorts in Sumbawa, the Caribbean, Hawaii and Central America.
With a knack for tailoring holidays around guests’ expectations he has hosted and guided everyone from celebrities and frothing grommets to professional surfers and families on holiday.
Derek is also a multi certified holistic treatment coach with a passion for exploring various modalities leading to optimum mind, body and spirit wellness.
CERTIFICATIONS - Intl. Surf Coach/Guide NSSIA - Certified Global Breathwork / Meditation Facilitator, Sacred Breath Academy - Founder Conscious Breath Workshops - Power Coaching (Wim Hof/XPT/Oxygen Advantage)- Certified Yoga Instructor- Yoga Alliance Integrated Holistic Treatment provider for The Arizona Relationship Institute.

Britt Quinn
YOGA INSTRUCTOR, SURF STRENGTH COACH
Over the past decade Britt’s unwavering passion for yoga has found her living in extremely remote locations around the globe, both studying alongside private mentors and sharing her passion for the craft. Over the past decade she has lived in South Pacific, New Zealand, India, South East Asia and throughout South America.
Eventually settling on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua she spends her days teaching, practicing, exploring and surfing her home break Popoyo.
She also enjoys teaching sport specific yoga courses, assisting athletes in maintaining optimal strength, dexterity and longevity in their field.
An avid volunteer and community supporter, Brit relishes the process of empowering her students resonating deeply with her belief of yoga being an entire mind and body realignment experience.
CERTIFICATIONS
Britt is a certified International Yoga Teacher. Her style is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa with a fondness for Ariel Yoga.
What’s Included

Roundtrip Luxury Airport transfers. We are located a 2 1/2 hours drive from both Managua, Liberia airport as well as Liberia, Costa Rica. Liberia is often much more reasonable.
Personalized Surf Coaching with one of the surfing worlds elite waterman Grant “Twiggy” Baker. In the evening the crew will hang and watch the days sessions for video analysis and high vibes. You will return home with your personal video clips!
