Who is Sedona?
Welcoming Sedona Holzinger, our host Yoga Teacher. She has been hosting soulful experiences, making an impact on each person she meets. Sedona's passion is to create a wave of positive change in our world by bringing healthy awareness to our mind, body, & soul. She believes each person deserves to shine bright and her background inspires others, that no matter how hard it gets, it’s possible to keep moving forward. Sedona has a degree in Human & Family development, where she studied how humans work, the dynamics of human relationships; and the impact contemporary issues leave on us. With her focus on mental health, she specializes in her abundance coaching.
She then pursued her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica - where she immersed herself in a life changing experience that she now wants to share with the world. This journey connected her on a deeper level for her mind, body, and soul. Elevating her level of consciousness, Sedona wants to guide you to connect with your true, authentic-self.
As she ties together her different studies, she’s able to bring a powerful view on life, where she can deepen your understanding of life. She’s a safe space, encourages you to join her with an open-mind, and to expect the unknown. Sedona’s mission is to have you feeling empowered after an experience with her.

A seasoned internationally certified Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga and Contrast Exposure Therapy facilitator…Over the years Derek has hosted his "Conscious Breath & Meditation Workshops” in a wide variety of settings around the globe from exclusive resorts and wellness centers throughout the Maldives, Indonesia and Hawaii to therapists offices, private retreats and thousands online participants. He is an Integrated Treatment Provider for the Arizona Relationship Institute, ketamine immersion guide and owner of Conscious Breath & Meditation Immersions as well as the holistic retreat company Soul Water Surf.

Non-refundable deposit
$500 non-refundable initial deposit is required for all bookings
Full payment is required for any bookings made 1 month prior to Retreat date.

"If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat hosted by Soul Water Surf within 12 months less $500 deposit.
If you cancel within 45 days of the Retreat, your payment is transferrable to any other retreat Soul Water Surf is hosting within a 12 month bracket, less $1000.
If you cancel within 14 days of the Retreat date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
