Through yoga, we blend our physical and mental training elements together into a single session. We employ focus, stillness, connection, strength, and release. Practicing yoga centers and realigns us as well as broadening and sustaining physical dexterity, mental clarity, emotional intelligence, and overall mind, body, spirit connection. Soul Water Surf’s passionate yoga instructor Britt Quinn has extensive training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and a fondness for Aerial Yoga.
